Clean rooms, we didn't feel like leaving.
Stayed here for 7 days, really enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with good and super location enough to use as a base for exploring the Ligurian mountains. The amicable staff was the best thing, were more than helpful. Had a fab time.

Rooms are very clean.
No parking space available in the evening. No reception desk or hotel staff in the evening, hotel close doors in 11pm, so guest needs to unlock main door key and find his room.Breakfast poor. Location is almost 50 minutes from Cinque Terre.

Character hotel and good location
Got into room and 2 lights not working only 1 repaired.Had reqested a quiet room only to find ourselves next to a very noisy road even though the hotel appeared to be largely empty so other more quiet rooms must have been available. We also requested extra pillows but only received them at the second time of asking. We felt that overall the staff had an air of complete indifference.Good location but would find another hotel.

We had a fabulous experience during our one-night stay at Albergo Amici. the staff was friendly, and the elegant rooms added to our enjoyment. the location was exceptionally nice and peaceful, right in the heart of the city. It was conveniently close to the hotel’s restaurant for lunch, as well as nearby bars and the beautiful Ligurian mountains. Plus, the food offered a wide range of tasty options.

Clean room, nice staff, good food, perfect stay. Furniture style might be a bit outdated but this is anyhow not something I value in hotels. I definitely would book it again. Approx. 45 minutes to drive to Cinque Terre.

Quiet location in pretty village within easy distance of the coast if you want the hustle and bustle. Beautiful scenery all around.
The only downside was the thinness of the walls in the newer part of the hotel. We could hear full conversations/snoring etc etc.

The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with a lovely balcony offering scenic views. the staff was friendly and always ready to help. the location was great, in a quiet and relaxing area, but close enough to the town centre and other attractions. I particularly enjoyed the homemade food served at the restaurant, which was both delicious and affordable.
I would have preferred more modern amenities in the rooms, such as a larger TV or faster Wi, Fi. the decor was a bit outdated, and the hotel lacked some of the high, end features that more luxurious hotels offer. Nonetheless, I would still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and budget, friendly stay in the area.

This hotel provides excellent value for money. The prices are very reasonable and the attention to detail is evident throughout. I loved the location of this hotel, nestled in the remote hills away from the hustle and bustle of touristland. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The rooms were basic but clean, and I particularly enjoyed having a balcony to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast spread offered a variety of choices and was a great start to the day.
